Identity documents and KYC records: 7 years from when you stop being a customer (required by law)
Transaction records: 7 years
Customer support messages: 5 years
Waitlist sign-ups: up to 24 months or until you open an account

Comply Advantage -- our fraud and sanctions screening partner
Correspondent banks -- to process your international payments
The FSU Dominica regulator -- for required regulatory reports
Law enforcement -- only when required by law or court order

6. Your Rights

Access: Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you. Free. Response within 30 days.
‍Correct: Ask us to fix any inaccurate information.
‍Delete: Ask us to delete your data. Note: KYC and transaction records must be kept 7 years by law.
‍Portability: Receive your data in a file to take to another provider.
‍Object: Stop us using your data for marketing at any time.
