Information you give us directly:
+ Your full name, date of birth, nationality and identity document number

+ Financial details: bank account information, where your money comes from and transaction history
+ For businesses: company name, registration number, ownership details and regulatory licences
+ Any messages, complaints or support requests you send us

+ Your IP address, browser type, which pages you visited and how long you spent on them

+ From third parties: Identity verification from SumSub (our KYC provider)
+ Sanctions and screening results from Comply Advantage
3. Why We Use Your Information
To open your account: We need your identity documents to meet our legal KYC obligations
To provide banking services: To process your payments and manage your account
To comply with AML laws: We are legally required to monitor transactions for suspicious activity
To prevent fraud: To protect you and the bank from financial crime
To report to regulators: We must report to the FSU Dominica as required by law
For marketing (opt-in only): Only if you have given us permission -- you can opt out at any time
For waitlist management: To process your early access application and contact you at launch
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
Identity documents and KYC records: 7 years from when you stop being a customer (required by law)
Transaction records: 7 years
Customer support messages: 5 years
Waitlist sign-ups: up to 24 months or until you open an account

SumSub -- our identity verification partner
Comply Advantage -- our fraud and sanctions screening partner
Correspondent banks -- to process your international payments
The FSU Dominica regulator -- for required regulatory reports
Law enforcement -- only when required by law or court order

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers or third-party marketers.
6. Your Rights
Access: Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you. Free. Response within 30 days.
Correct: Ask us to fix any inaccurate information.
Delete: Ask us to delete your data. Note: KYC and transaction records must be kept 7 years by law.
Portability: Receive your data in a file to take to another provider.
Object: Stop us using your data for marketing at any time.
